This blog is wrong. Where is the website full of men with assholic tendencies? Women are not crazy. People are crazy. I can see the humor in this, but I disagree that anyone should be ashamed of their gender based on the worst specimens.

I’m still annoyed to no end that my music doesn’t get adequatley scrobbed at work. My IT person says she didn’t firewall it, and she would tell me if she did. I can’t get to a site with a .fm address at all

Compounding this is I never think to see if I can somehow manually add my scrobbing totals, which I would do, but I only think of it at work when I can’t see the web page!

One more Mr. Gnome video. While I think the last one I posted was really nicely shot, I wanted to put one up that I find more apt. They only recently have been doing overdubs, whether on albums or through live technology trickery. This video bares a closer resemblance to their live mojo. They have a really nicely done live video of one my favorite songs by them, better film and sound quality, and if I find it, I will put it up.

Mr. Gnome is currently my favorite band to see live. They are a underappreciated little two piece out of Cleveland. I caught them while seeing The Record Low, and was pretty much blown away. You know, one of those bands that takes you from hanging in the back of SubT by the bar, to all the way up to the sound booth. I’ve seen them countless times since then, included an insane show at Ronny’s with literally 15 people, most of which were people from other bands.

I don’t say this in an “indier/holier than now” type of way. But because I think more people should go see them.
